Founding Sales Performance Partners
With 15 years of experience in the consulting industry, Susan felt the call to build a consulting firm from the ground up based on her passion and experiences so in 2002 Sales Performance Partners, LLC was formed. SPP for formed based on her experiences in the 1980’s of transforming INB National Bank’s sales culture from one of an order-taker to one of a client-focused solution provider and trusted advisor. Susan began developing client-centric sales approaches and sales management solutions for clients such as Eli Lilly, Guidant, and Bank One.
