Sales Performance Partners is a fast-growing, woman-owned consulting organization delivering customized solutions for B2B clients regardless of size. Using tested methodologies, we work with clients to identify performance gaps, formulate strategy, develop customer-centric processes and individual and team learning solutions to expand capabilities. Together, we implement solutions that build and support people to achieve sustained performance improvement and increase effectiveness in leadership, client management, and business development.

Founding Sales Performance Partners

With over 15 years of experience in the consulting industry, Susan felt the call to build a consulting firm from the ground up based on her passion and experiences. So, in 2002, Sales Performance Partners, LLC was formed. Based on her experiences in the 1980s, of transforming INB National Bank’s sales culture from one of an order-taker to one of a client-focused solution provider and trusted advisor. Susan began developing client-centric sales approaches and sales management solutions for clients such as Eli Lilly, Guidant, Hill-Rom, and Bank One. Today, Susan focuses on building people's potential whether that is with the CEOs she coaches or the sales teams she works with, or her capstone students she teaches in the Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program at Purdue University.
